| Arrived promptly, in good condition, and as advertised. I have had two major surgeries in less than 10 months and my physical therapist suggested I begin using creatine to help rebuild lost muscle tone and structure. After checking with an independent testing source, I settled on this product and it seems to be helping. I have had no adverse side effects |

| This product is powdery and mixes very well, as compared to other creatine products that do not mix well and have the consistency of sand that sits at the bottom of a cup, waiting for you to gulp down and dryheave. I bought some cheaper stuff at the vitamin shoppe and that was a huge mistake. This stuff is the real deal, and is the easiest to get down of any creatine ive encountered |

| To the reviewer below Creatine does not cause acne b/c it does not alter your hormones in any way, so why dont you try doing some research before you bash supplements. And the reason you got "flabby" is b/c creatine causes your muscles to hold water. This is a great product and a must for anyone trying to gain some lean mass. |

I bought this product and the only thing I really gained from it was acne, plus my body actually seemed to get flabby. Once i got off it the acne was gone and my torso looked nicer and more cut.
