Price was great, but more importantly, the product works.
I loved the fact that, unlike other protein powders...
this gave me a feeling of 'being full' for about 4-5
hours. Which makes it a great meal replacement, great
for stacking up high 'good' calories, with little of the
'unwanted' empty calorie junk.
Suggesting... split the servings in 2.
Meaning, take 2 scoops before work out, and 2 about 30 minutes
after your workout. I gained both muscle weight and added bout
15 pounds on my bench just by going thru 1 tub.
DO NOTE: You gotta work out pretty hardcore.
So if u work out pretty good... then u should definitely
take this stuff... If not... then no powder on earth
will help you. Just saying :)

| I bought this product hoping that i would gain more weight and mass and get bigger and stronger, but it didn't quite work like i'd hoped, and actually it tasted quite aweful, it is too sweet and it doesn't blend very well, it tastes like chocolate goo...pretty gross and hard to swallow....I bought this product, along with Jacked to build endurance, and i would highly recommend Jacked, it gives you a lot of energy and endurance, but this product only makes you feel nauseous, like you just ate four big macks lol... |

| This protein shake is very heavy. one seving size of it is a huge amount, which takes 5-10 mins to finish. but it can keep you for almost a day from eating. It shows it is very nutitious. it doesn't have a good taste though, specially the vanilla. chocolate one tastes better. some days that I didn't have enough time to eat breakfast, I had half a serving size of the XXL chocolate shake. I gained 5 lbs in a mounth with this shake. I recently switched to "Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey, Double Rich Chocolate" protein shake. It tastes much better, and it has much larger percentage of protein too. |
