I TRIED THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE I WAS ALWAYS SATISFIED WITH OTHER PRODUCTS FROM ERGOPHARM. IT DOES GIVE YOU SOMEWHAT OF A EUPHORIC FEELING, MIGHT MAKE YOU SWEAT A BIT, BUT ISNT TOO STRONG (LIKE EPHEDRA OR SYNEPHRINE). IT DOES CUT DOWN MY APPETITE CONSIDERABLY, AND I DO WEIGH 23O POUNDS. I AVOID USING THIS WHEN DOING CARDIO, BECAUSE I DONT LIKE MY HEART RATE GETTING UP TOO HIGH. FOR ME, ITS GREAT IN SITUATIONS THAT ARE MORE CASUAL AND LESS STRENUOUS. IF YOUR HEART RATE DOESNT GO UP TOO HIGH WHEN DOING CARDIO, YOU CAN PROBABLY TAKE THIS, AND IT COULD WORK REALLY WELL FOR YOU. I ALWAYS TRY TO HAVE AN IDEA WHY IM TAKING WHAT IM TAKING, AND WHAT I WANT IT TO DO FOR ME. AMP MIGHT KEEP YOU UP AT NIGHT, SO I TRY NOT TO TAKE ANY SERVINGS PAST 2PM. BUT EVERYONE HAS TO ASSESS THEIR OWN TOLERANCE. THERE ARE PROBABLY OTHER BRANDS THAT ARE STRONGER, SO THIS WOULD BE THE HAPPY MEDIUM FOR SOME, BUT DEFINITELY, NOT INTENDED FOR EVERYONE.

I take four of these before I work out. I've tried everything! this is definately the best pre-work out I've tried!!!
