This is the first creatine and supplement product that I would rate 5 stars. I have tried others in the past but had just settled on a Whey protein and given up finding other supplements that would work for me.
In the past I have tried pure creatine and another product that was creatine, arginine and a few other things and both of those products caused me headaches and other ill-effects within an hour after taking them. After a friend highly recommended this product I decided to give it a shot after a year of only protein supplements. I have experienced no issues like that with the NO-Xplode, it seems to work great and actually tastes decent compared to other workout drinks and supplements.
I would highly recommend this product. |
NO Xplode, nuff said.

| There's enough people much smarter than me that rave this product in much better detail, but suffice to say it works great for me, and the orange (unlike most products) has a decent taste. |
Does what it is supposed to to

I use 1 to 1.5 scoops before a workout and have never had a bad experience. Just the benefits of increased energy, focus, and stamina. It has helped me do more reps, and increase weights when I used it. I think some people can have bad reactions, but that is true with any product on the market. My advice would be to try it yourself, and if you have any problems, sell or give the powder to someone who uses it. It's a pretty popular pre-workout mix.
Also don't over do it. It says 3 scoops is the max dose, but I've never gotten near that, and don't think you would need to, unless you are a hardcore workout warrior. Also, make sure to take a break from it for a few weeks every now and then, as recommended. I usually switch up products to try to optimize effect. But this one is my favorite, because I can tell it works. |

| Just another type of NO product that will give you a pump before and during workout. |
