| Great product. I looked for a product like this. You get one dose in one pill. The pill size is the only negative, so if you have trouble with larger pills this product may not be for you. |

| HMB is my new stand-by. it seems to prevent the body from breaking down muscle for energy, and encourages the use of body fat for energy. it also apparently leads to improved cardiovascular health. take 3 g per day for optimal results. |

HMB from ON works very good, I have tried it about 3 months now, and I found that the best way to get the results you want, is for you take it in cycles. Cycles of 3 weeks on and 1 week off of it, which should give you optimal results. This stuff is also shown in studies to reduce fat, which is believable because the more muscle it helps you build the easier it is for you to lose fat. However, if you are looking for the "magic" pill, then this isn't it, its best for you to look elsewhere. As with any bodybuilding supplement, you will need to provide your muscles with good stimulus in order for them to grow. For those who simply want to look cut and not bulky, try this:
week 1,2,3,4--low rep, high set exercising(eg. up to 10 reps times 4 sets) on any exercise, make sure you lift 80% of your 1 rep max too.
wekk 5,6,7--high rep, high set exercising(eg. up to 25 reps times 4-5 sets), and add cardio(about 3 to 4 miles everyday on treadmill, with incline on 1.5--only 1 break allowed)
The following program has worked for me, and along with HMB, it makes getting in the best shape easier than ever. The exercises that you do will also depend on which muscle groups you want to workout. Follow up through the 7 weeks and you should come out to the best shape you can ever be. Good luck as for me, I will buy some more HMB :). |
